Workflow Steps:
⏰ Use a Cron node to schedule hourly social media monitoring.
🔗 Set up an HTTP Request node to gather data from a social media platform, such as Twitter, by searching for the brand name.
🧰 Attach a Function node to process the data and extract necessary info: any posts, comments, or tweets that mention the brand.
📊 Add a Sentiment Analysis node to rate the sentiment of the brand mentions. Ensure it analyzes the text of each mention.
🔄 Implement a Switch node to categorize the sentiment as positive, neutral, or negative and guide the workflow accordingly.
⚠️ For negative brand mentions, incorporate a Function node to arrange a message containing the mention text, sentiment score, and post link.
🚨 Integrate a Slack node to send a notification, with the message from the previous step, to the marketing team's Slack channel alerting them to any negative brand mentions.
